Flatiron Pizza
This pizza was delicious! Thin and crunchy crust with a great sauce/cheese ratio. Kids loved it too!
Asparagus & Mushroom Risotto
Love Brunelleschi's! The service is always amazing and they make you feel like family. Every dish came to our table quickly and nice and hot. I loved my risotto, the mushrooms and asparagus were cooked perfectly and added such a wonderful earthy taste to the food. The shredded Parmesan was the perfect topper and brought the flavors together. Definitely would get again!
Greek Pizza
Had the Greek Calzone and it was amazing! Highly recommend.
Killer Carbonara
Exquisite pasta, very good ingredients...which made us order a meat ball spaghetti additionally

The crust on your pizza is amazing. We loved every bite and we came back for more. The service was fantastic as well. Thank you!
Buttermilk Pizza
Coming to Brunelleschi's was the best way to end out 2024! The hostess greeted us with warmth and kindness, and seated us at this cozy table with a great view of Aspen! Our server was very friendly and was extremely helpful when it came to helping us order. All three courses were delicious and came quickly! The garlic bread as a great starter and so easy to share. The buttermilk pizza had this unique thin crust that I had never had before, but left me wanting more! Finally, the chocolate lava cake was a perfect balance of sweet and rich, with the ice cream complimenting the warm cake perfectly. Thank you so much for an experience my friends and I will think on every new years, and may make into a new tradition!
Greek Pizza
The pesto was balanced and had a nice pine flavor. The tomatoes complimented the artichoke hearts, and the olive gave the pizza an overall tangy flavor. The crust was nice and thin and had a nice crunch, giving you the perfect bite. The service was very quick and efficient and added to the overall experience. The chocolate lava cake was the perfect dish to end the night.
