Located on restaurant row, Brunelleschi’s is the best kid-friendly Italian restaurant in Aspen. Casual-dining, a great environment for families, we also provide a unique experience where kids can make their own pizzas. We bring the already flat dough along with the ingredients and any toppings desired and then we wait for the little pizza makers to spread the sauce and shredded mozzarella. Then we take it to the oven and bring it back 3 minutes after. Besides pizzas, kids can shape their own pretzel breadsticks.
